做法﹕
1. | 準備好荷蘭醬。 |
2. | 依照”水煮荷包蛋” 做法準備2個荷包蛋。 |
3. | 英式鬆餅橫切成兩半,放進烤箱烤酥。 |
4. | 將鬆餅放在盤上,依序加上煙肉和水煮荷包蛋。淋上荷蘭醬後再撒上碎巴西利葉即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce. |
2. | Follow the instruction of "Poached Eggs" to prepare two poached eggs. |
3. | Horizontally cut the English muffin in half. Toast them until golden brown. |
4. | Place on piece of the English muffin on a plate then top with one slice of Canadian bacon, one poached egg and Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle with minced parsley. |
