班尼迪克蛋 Eggs Benedict

材料A Ingredients
新鮮雞蛋 Fresh egg 2 個 ea
英式鬆餅 English muffin 1 個 ea
加拿大煙肉 Canadian bacon 2 片 slice
荷蘭醬 Hollandaise sauce 1 杯 cup
碎巴西利葉 Minced parsley leaves 1 小匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.準備好荷蘭醬。
2.依照”水煮荷包蛋” 做法準備2個荷包蛋。
3.英式鬆餅橫切成兩半,放進烤箱烤酥。
4.將鬆餅放在盤上,依序加上煙肉和水煮荷包蛋。淋上荷蘭醬後再撒上碎巴西利葉即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce.
2.Follow the instruction of "Poached Eggs" to prepare two poached eggs.
3.Horizontally cut the English muffin in half. Toast them until golden brown.
4.Place on piece of the English muffin on a plate then top with one slice of Canadian bacon, one poached egg and Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
